Responsibilities
- Architect and train state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for high-scale, low-latency production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Research and implement novel techniques in reinforcement learning and few-shot prompting.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research to drive continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-sourcing significant projects.
- Experience with distributed training frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
