Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Horizon Scans identifying paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts
- Design strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients to navigate exponential change
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive teams across finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Author thought leadership publications read by 50K+ industry leaders monthly
- Manage a portfolio of 12+ innovation pilots testing emerging technologies in real-world environments
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 3 futurists and 5 innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions with documented case studies
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Advanced degree in futuristics, technology management, or strategic foresight (or equivalent experience)
- C-suite presentation experience with Fortune 500 companies
- Published author in Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, or similar top-tier outlet
- Fluency in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI frameworks)
