Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce actionable foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic foresight, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
