Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ researchers and engineers
- Secure $50M+ in venture capital and government grants
- Develop patent portfolios with 20+ new IP filings annually
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech research
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ at director level
- Track record of launching products generating $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven ability to secure federal grants and VC funding
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global partnerships
