Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts for the year 2026.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Lead research and development initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Computing, and Web3 to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key tech innovators, startups, and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Feasibility Analysis: Assess the technical and financial viability of emerging technologies before implementation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of technical strategists and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or CTO roles within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Tech Stack Knowledge: Deep understanding of current and future tech trends, specifically Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to identify problems before they arise and design scalable solutions for the future.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
