Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry impacts through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks and scenario-planning models for organizational adaptation to future disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term innovation priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Identify and evaluate next-generation market opportunities, partnerships, and disruptive business models
- Advolve leadership on future-proofing initiatives, including workforce transformation and technology adoption
- Represent the organization at global foresight forums and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/CFP) or similar designation
