- Translate complex future insights into executable business strategies for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future market trajectories
- Produce thought leadership publications and presentations on emerging technologies
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging tech and sustainable business models
- Monitor global policy shifts and geopolitical factors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Portfolio demonstrating complex foresight projects with measurable impact
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies (e.g., APF, WFS)
