Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Produce executive-ready scenario-planning reports and competitive advantage roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future visions into product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for paradigm shifts
- Present findings to stakeholders including investors, partners, and industry forums
- Curate emerging technology ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-vision implementations
