Responsibilities

- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating sustainable tech adoption and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product development priorities
- Publish thought leadership frameworks on human-AI collaboration and neuro-ergonomic interfaces
- Advise C-suite on regulatory implications of emerging technologies (Web4, bio-digital convergence)
- Manage horizon scanning initiatives using predictive analytics and machine learning trend detection
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Minimum 7 years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning within tech/sustainability sectors
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Proven ability to develop predictive models for complex adaptive systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry whitepapers
