Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into product roadmaps and pilot programs
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote speeches, published research, and industry panels
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological indicators to refine strategic forecasts
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Track record of publishing thought leadership in tech or business publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
