Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Author white papers on quantum computing, AGI ethics, and climate tech convergence
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on exponential technology adoption pathways
- Build predictive models for workforce transformation in automated economies
- Advise product teams on future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Represent the firm at global futurism summits and technology symposiums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of published trend reports with industry impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, biotech, AI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex scenarios into actionable insights
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience advising C-level executives on technology disruption preparedness
