Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for R&D collaboration
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to anticipate tech disruptions and market shifts
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and talent acquisition
- Ensure all initiatives align with ESG principles and sustainable technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated experience in emerging tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep technical understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy (e.g., INSEAD, MIT)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
