- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futurist insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders using data visualization and scenario planning tools
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring strategic readiness and innovation velocity
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing forward-looking initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, STEEP analysis)
