- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning
- Produce actionable whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in emerging technology ecosystems and adoption curves
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional analytical and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in industry publications (preferred)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) a plus
