Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) to market opportunities
- Produce trend briefings and disruption assessments for executive decision-making
- Design and monitor KPIs for future-readiness across business units
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Champion a culture of adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-facing projects or publications
