Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing adoption and AI ethics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and emerging startups
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for C-suite stakeholders
- Architect innovation pipelines targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build our foresight methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of accurately predicting market disruptions (provide case studies)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or strategic frameworks
