Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation adoption
- Author industry thought leadership on future tech
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech development
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
