Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and machine learning architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the development of state-of-the-art Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant innovations into our products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
