Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures capable of handling millions of concurrent requests.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of cutting-edge LLMs, focusing on fine-tuning, quantization, and inference optimization for edge devices.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and senior architects, conducting code reviews, and establishing coding standards.
- System Design: Collaborate with the product team to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in AI trends, conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging technologies like Generative AI and Neural Symbolic AI.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and ensure the reliability and security of our AI infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality code under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
