Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing enterprise operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author quarterly foresight briefs for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype emergent technology applications
- Establish innovation metrics and track future-readiness KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal futures
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
