As a Senior AI Systems Architect, you will be at the forefront of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents. You will design robust, scalable architectures that handle massive inference loads while maintaining ethical standards and data privacy. What you will do:
- Architect end-to-end AI infrastructure for next-gen language models and multimodal agents.
- Optimize model performance using advanced quantization and edge-computing techniques.
- Bridge the gap between research labs and production environments.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices across the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design resilient, distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of data for training and real-time inference.
- Performance Engineering: Implement optimization strategies to reduce latency and computational costs for LLM deployments.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge academic papers into scalable production codebases.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud & Ops: Strong understanding of cloud native architectures (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
