Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, WebGL, and SVG.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate complex creative concepts into fluid, interactive 2D animations and visualizations.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations across a wide range of devices and network conditions.
- Build reusable, modular JavaScript libraries and components for the 2D graphics engine.
- Troubleshoot complex browser compatibility issues and implement cross-browser solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a specific focus on 2D graphics and animations.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with Canvas API, WebGL (Three.js/Pixi.js), or similar graphics libraries.
- Experience with modern build tools (Webpack, Rollup) and version control (Git).
- Excellent understanding of browser performance, memory management, and rendering cycles.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex 2D interactive projects.
