Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for technology adoption and market evolution
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and sustainable energy systems
- Produce high-impact scenario-planning reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global innovation indicators and competitive disruption signals
- Translate complex future projections into measurable business KPIs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Future Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
