Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize neural network architectures for real-time inference and low-latency processing.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Quantum AI into our stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI models that drive measurable business impact.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
