- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the '2026 Initiative' and emerging tech integration.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and developers to build scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for cutting-edge technologies including AI and Blockchain.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability across all global deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
