- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics across departments
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing long-range strategic frameworks
- Strong understanding of geopolitical and socio-economic trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM, CFS) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level storytelling
