Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize 2026-relevant innovations
- Produce strategic briefings on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at global tech summits and futurist conferences
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of industry futurists and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation roles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business value
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic roadmaps
