As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate paradigm shifts, design forward-looking solutions, and drive organizational adaptation. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment decisions, and market positioning in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging domains
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing methodologies
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Experience with scenario planning and trend-mapping methodologies
