Responsibilities

- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and innovation pathways
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantified impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions based on trend analysis
- Establish cross-industry intelligence networks for trend validation
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots and market entry timing for emerging domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or adjacent fields
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, weak signal analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
