Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Build stakeholder consensus through data-driven presentations and scenario planning workshops
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies including neuromorphic computing and decentralized systems
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology maturity and ROI
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech budgeting and ROI modeling
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Studies)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation journals preferred
