You'll leverage cutting-edge research methodologies, AI-driven trend analysis, and cross-industry intelligence to identify opportunities that others miss.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and economic megatrends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for product innovation and market positioning in post-pandemic landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution priorities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions addressing anticipated market needs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting global technology adoption
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at industry forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy and product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and storytelling ability
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend-analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy preferred
