Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive audits to identify crawl errors, indexation issues, site speed bottlenecks, and schema markup opportunities.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies that align with business goals, user intent, and evolving search algorithms.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta titles, descriptions, headers, and internal linking structures for maximum impact.
- Link Building & Authority: Lead high-quality link-building campaigns and monitor backlink profiles to enhance domain authority and credibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using GA4 and Google Search Console; generate actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to implement scalable technical solutions and SEO best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant traffic growth and ROI improvements.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other analytics platforms. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is required.
- Tools: Expertise in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
