Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive modeling for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists while maintaining thought leadership through published insights
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and persuasive storytelling ability
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
