Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state innovation priorities
- Author visionary white papers and thought leadership content for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Future Labs incubator
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive partnership opportunities
- Advise product teams on future-proofing features for 2026+ market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist work or industry-predictive models
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
