Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum circuit architectures for 2026-era hardware constraints
- Lead quantum error correction protocol development targeting 99.99% fidelity
- Collaborate with materials science team to optimize qubit coherence times
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into scalable implementations
- Secure $2M+ in quantum computing research grants
- Mentor 3+ quantum computing specialists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum error correction or cryptography
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulators
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing systems
- Strong Python/C++ programming skills
