Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Initiative's strategic roadmap for emerging technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 5-7 year impact
- Design ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with policy advisors on regulatory frameworks for next-gen tech
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain innovation
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex technological interdependencies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes and ethical frameworks
