Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to develop 2026-2035 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership, translating complex futures into executable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market disruptions and opportunities
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term sustainability and ethical technology principles
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight knowledge repository
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year horizon trend analysis and strategy implementation
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published research or thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
