Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026+ market trends across tech, energy, and biotech sectors
- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive innovations and systemic risks
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and technological black swan events
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic adaptation and innovation velocity
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
- Present findings to executive boards and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on long-term transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
