Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology) and market shifts
- Develop scenario models for 2026 business landscapes across 5+ verticals
- Design strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to exponential change
- Present findings to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author annual '2026 State of the Future' industry report
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
