Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Architect AI systems with ethical governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Drive R&D in neuromorphic computing and biometric interfaces
- Partner with policy advisors to shape tech legislation for emerging industries
- Present breakthrough innovations at global summits (Davos, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior talent through our 'Horizon Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience scaling AI systems beyond 10M users
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized networks
- Proven track record of launching products with 100M+ valuation
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ disruptive tech innovations
