Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI-driven climate modeling systems with predictive accuracy beyond 99.9%
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-encrypted blockchain infrastructure for supply chain transparency
- Prototype neural interfaces for sustainable energy harvesting using nanotechnology breakthroughs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for joint R&D initiatives
- Present disruptive innovations at Davos, TED, and UN Climate Forums
- Mentor PhD researchers in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 15+ foundational technology patents annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI systems from prototype to production (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Published research in Nature/Science with >500 citations in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Experience securing $10M+ in government grants or venture funding for deep tech ventures
- Fluency in low-level programming (Rust, C++) and high-level optimization (CUDA, OpenCL)
- Certification in Responsible AI frameworks (EU AI Act, IEEE 7000)
