Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly foresight briefings for executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Architect innovation pipelines targeting 2026+ market needs and regulatory landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for horizon scanning
- Mentor leadership teams in futures-thinking methodologies and adaptive strategy frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate strategy or innovation roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex future states into actionable insights
