Responsibilities

- Produce annual horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive forces with 3-5 year impact
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global enterprises facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into executable innovation roadmaps
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry adoption curves
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with documented accuracy
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
