Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging tech convergence (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for societal shifts driven by AI adoption and climate resilience
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate future trends into executable business roadmaps
- Curate and analyze global innovation ecosystems through proprietary Nexus Horizon Scanning
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-augmented workflows
- Present strategic recommendations to industry leaders at exclusive Future Forward symposiums
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-viable solutions
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, technology forecasting, or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development landscapes
- Experience presenting to C-suite and Fortune 500 executive teams
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
- Fluency in at least one strategic foresight framework (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
