As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate paradigm shifts across AI, biotech, and sustainable infrastructure. Your insights will directly influence product development, market entry strategies, and long-term capital allocation for ventures launching between 2025-2028.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology vectors (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026-2030 market conditions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption timelines
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic discipline
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or tech foresight
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi analysis, STEEPLE)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend visualization platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Portfolio of successful product launches informed by future forecasting
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
