This role demands a blend of deep technical acumen and human-centered innovation to navigate the complex convergence of biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging risks and opportunities
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario-planning models for C-suite executives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and circular economy principles
- Present strategic recommendations at global conferences and client board meetings
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies and analytical tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS, SFI) required
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state strategy implementation
