We are looking for a visionary Principal AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our core Generative AI and Agentic Workforce infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and oversee the deployment of robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and LLM fine-tuning frameworks capable of handling enterprise-scale data.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision for autonomous agents and multi-modal AI systems, translating business goals into technical specifications for the upcoming fiscal year.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference speed, reduce latency, and minimize operational costs (CO2) through efficient architecture.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with data scientists and researchers to prototype cutting-edge technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, advanced NLP) and integrate them into production.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and engineers in best practices for AI security and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes. Proven experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies (2026 vision).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
