Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision for the Horizon 2026 project, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect robust, cloud-native solutions that support high availability and global scalability.
- Lead the design and implementation of microservices and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee system reliability, security protocols, and performance optimization strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into enterprise workflows.
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
