Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-focused initiatives with business goals
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight into actionable plans with measurable KPIs
- Present visionary narratives to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Track record of scaling futuristic concepts to commercial success
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
