Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients integrating AI, biotech, and climate innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and WSJ
- Build predictive models using proprietary data analytics platforms
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 high-impact innovation initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists on methodology and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant tech field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record publishing trend analysis in industry journals
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex insights
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation roadmaps
